I have to XYZ, can I start earlier/later than the posted start times?

No. It's impossible to track anything other than everyone starting and finishing at the posted start/finish times.

Will the race start on time?
A -
Yes, and please attend the pre-race briefing at 5:50 and 11:50.

Can I start early? No. These are timed events.
A -
Anyone starting before 12:00 will be racing the 12 Hour race, while anyone starting after 12:00 will be racing the 6 Hour event.

Is this race really free?
A -
Yes. But the volunteers are from the local Rotary Club, so please make a tax-deductible donation. We encourage $25.

Is there a rain date?

What if I have a problem on the route?

Sit tight. We have a SAG Wagon that will get to you.

Is there a pre-registration?
A -
Not really. Please let us know if you plan on racing, but registration is so quick and easy, there is no need for pre-registration.

Do you offer chip timing?
A -
No. You are completely 'on your honor' for this event.

If I am too tired to continue, can I ride backwards/short-cut the course?
A -
No. The only time you will be authorized to ride backwards on the route is in the last hour/closing minutes.
